Dear Customer,

Our first priority will always be your satisfaction and the best possible shopping experience. In this regard, in the improbable case that you will receive damaged goods due to delivery or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered, please contact us immediately by email at:

support@naturalcosmetics.mt

and we will exchange them or refund you up to the full extend to your purchase, as stated in our Terms of Use (read more here).

In order to facilitate this process please include photos of the damaged products in your email as soon as you receive them, along with the order number.  Please note that these products can only be returned or exchanged in Malta where they were purchased.

 

To maintain the quality of our products and to protect our clients we deem products that have reached the customer as non-resalable. We made this decision due to the fresh, preservative-free nature of our products, as we cannot know with certainty if they have been tampered with and if they have been stored in proper conditions. Due to that and to understanding the importance of customer satisfaction please bear in mind that items sold are not returnable and we will not be able to refund or replace returned goods.
